Sr. Systems Engineer

- Responsible for the evaluation, testing, certification, documentation, implementation, and support of hardware platforms.
- Expertise in device connectivity to include serial, USB and Network topologies.
- RFID experience a plus.
- Expertise in hardware firmware configuration.
- Knowledge and use of Tera Term and writing scripts in PowerShell required.
- Remote diagnostic problem solving and resolution. Provide consultation and direct technical support in life cycle planning, problem management, integration, and systems programming. Certify and implement driver updates, upgrades, and/or changes into the environment.
- Ensure platform performance and availability meet enterprise objectives through monitoring, timely service restoration, and tuning.
