Position Summary

The Content Marketing Manager will update existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach consumers. You should also contribute to the shaping of our stylistic guidelines.

To be a successful content creator , you should focus on appealing to consumers' interests by creating engaging material . Ultimately, an exceptional content creator will promote collaboration between internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company's outputs.

Essential Functions

Coordinating the creation of engaging content to be distributed to global target audiences
Managing the distribution of content through digital channels
Managing the relationship with external Marketing and Communications agencies

Responsibilities

Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.

Assisting with the design of promotional materials.

Managing the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media, advertising, and email campaigns.

Managing the relationship with external Marketing and Communications agencies to create marketing campaigns and business communications.

Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

Coming up with content goals and strategies and pitching ideas to the Marketing and Communications teams.

Collaborating with other departments and team members and brainstorming subjects for creative content.

Analyzing performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content.

Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or a similar field.

Experience creating strong, engaging content.

A portfolio of applicable outputs.

An understanding of SEO best practices.

Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing, with the ability to understand technical information.

Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong listening and communication skills.

The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

Experience with digital marketing tools, such as social media, email marketing platforms, web advertising, and blogs is required.

Previous global experience is preferred.

Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
