The Daughters of Charity Ministries in Emmitsburg, Maryland is seeking a full-time Dietary Manager.
Coordinates the activities and needs of the St. Joseph's House kitchen for the entire campus : on a daily basis plans, prepares, cooks, and serves food for Sisters and their guests at St. Joseph's House and for special activities as needed, as well as for students living on campus. Guides dietary personnel in the daily preparation and serving of food as well as the cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
Must be a Certified Dietary Manager with at least three years of institutional cooking or a culinary arts degree. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
A professional demeanor is essential.
