DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provides direct physical therapy interventions under the supervision of the licensed physical therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care and as defined in the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Treats subacute clients and long-term residents at King David according to the plan of care to maximize function, relieve pain, ensure safe homegoing, maintain maximum performance, and improve quality of life.
- Is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team including OT, ST, nursing, aides to benefit our clients / residents.
- Completes training with families, clients, residents, caregivers
- Completes daily documentation according to facility and regulatory guidelines.
