We are professional, fast-paced, supportive and our goal is to The Victim/Witness Assistance Program strives to reduce the trauma of a crime by empowering and assisting crime victims, witnesses and significant others in reconstructing their lives through advocacy, support, information and referrals.
Interested in joining our team? Victim/Witness is in search of a Victim Advocate, who will be responsible for providing direct services to clients who have been the victim of a crime perpetrated in Dauphin County. This advocate will assist victims of all types of crime as the case makes its way through the justice system. No prior experience with the criminal justice system is necessary. Rather, the ideal applicant will be detail-oriented and deeply committed to helping victims seek justice. Must obtain Act 33 (Child Abuse) clearance. Bilingual candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,670.00 per year
