JOB DESCRIPTION
The Aging Care Management Supervisor 1 works with considerable independence and is under the supervision of the Aging Care Management Supervisor 3.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years of experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree which includes or is supplemented by 12 semester hours of college level courses in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social sciences.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
At the time of hire, a valid driver’s license and positive driving record, a favorable criminal background check, child abuse and FBI clearances, as well as favorable references are required. The applicant must provide proof of a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license within 60 days from the date of hire. An alternative form of identification will be accepted if you are not eligible to receive a Pennsylvania driver’s license under 67 PA. Code § 83 and driving is not an essential function of the position.
