Job Description
Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives are often the first contact a customer has and makes that first impression of the dealership experience. The BDC is responsible for being the initial point of contact in service and building a long lasting relationship, along with setting appointment duties inbound and outbound. The Service BDC Representative is also normally the last point of contact ensuring that lasting relationship with the customer. A strong background in both customer service/telecommunications is desired

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Scheduling and communicating with customers to identify their vehicle's service needs
- Set service appointments and pair customers with service advisors
- Contact customers and confirm appointments or reschedule
- After service follow up
- Assist on service drive
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
Requirements:
- Work Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Work at least one Saturday a month from 8:00am to 3:00pm
- Telecommunication skills
- Computer Skills
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to Service Advisors and/or management
- Professional personal appearance
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
