We are looking for an experienced Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to manage and oversee warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes and maximize warehouse productivity. Responsibilities include supervising temp labor, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods and preparing relevant documentation.
To be successful as a Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator, you should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. An outstanding Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Keep inventory management system (Footprint) up to date with all receipts and outbound orders.
- Organize and repalletize as necessary all received material.
- Pick and pack all outbound orders for shipment.
- Monitor required assemblies for outbound orders and prioritize building as needed.
- Assemble required pre-build materials for shipping.
- Partner with customer contact to make sure forecasted activity is prioritized as needed and needs of the business are met.
- Partner with Davaco coordinator booking transportation (inbound and outbound) to ensure loads are received and shipped as requested by customer.
- Responsible for inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
- Partner with Crane if additional resources are needed for inbound and outbound activity.
- Responsible for record retention of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Responsible for OS&D communications with client.
- Fork-lift certification required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software, including inventory management system.
- Problem-solving skills.
