RD Director Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the R&D team in designing and developing next-generation medical laser systems used in various therapeutic and surgical applications.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to regulatory approval and commercialization .
- Drive innovation in laser-based medical treatments , ensuring safety, precision, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, and marketing teams to align product development with business goals.
- Stay ahead of advancements in laser physics, optics, photonics, and biomedical engineering to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other medical device regulations .
