What are the responsibilities and job description for the Conversion Van Sales position at Dave Arbogast Group, Inc.?
Dave Arbogast is one of Dayton’s largest automotive dealership groups and has an amazing opportunity for you to join our team. We are currently seeking Experienced Conversion Van Sales Professionals, but we are willing to train the right individual at our Dave Arbogast Buick GMC location. Previous automotive/van sales experience is a huge plus but will work with the right candidate. We are looking for sales professionals who are energetic, passionate, highly motivated, and ready to join our winning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate conversion vans
- Provide detailed information about features, pricing, and financing options
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with conversion vans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in email etiquette
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financing options and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
