What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Finance Manager position at Dave Arbogast Group?
Dave Arbogast Ford is one of Dayton’s largest dealership groups, and has an amazing opportunity to join our team. We are currently seeking a Finance Manager with previous F&I or Sales Management Experience. Qualifications:
- Previous F&I or Automotive Sales Management Experience
- Must be able to use effectively: DMS, CRM, Route One
- Strong closing & negotiating skills
- Ability to coach/train sales staff
- Outstanding customer service
- Superior deal structuring ability (subprime experience is a plus)
- Menu Presentation Skills
- Must be able to manage CIT and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
