Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for Guests and Team Members, taking orders from Guests in a friendly and timely manner, accurately entering orders into Micros, following portion guidelines to ensure cost control, and participating in all incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to read and write English fluently, operate Micros, make changes, accurately conduct credit card transactions, and account for all monies at the end of each shift. You must also be at least 18 years old and be willing to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
