The ideal candidate will assist the bartenders, cocktail staff, and wait staff by maintaining cleanliness and providing support to ensure fast, friendly, and accommodating service.
Nitty Gritty Details
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating fun.
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Keep the bus stand clean and stocked.
- Maintain clean wait stations.
- Empty trash and sweep floors as needed.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown and duties.
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close.
- Ensure food is properly garnished before serving guests.
- Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and deliver food timely and correctly.
- Bus and reset tables.
- Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need.
- Offer assistance to guests by clearing dishes and refilling beverages.
- Assist in party setup.
- Maintain restroom cleanliness, including restocking supplies.
- Clean high chairs and booster chairs.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights, and weekends.
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required.
- Clearly communicate with guests and team members.
- Be at least 16 years old.
