Overview of the Role :

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Social Media Manager to support Dave & Buster's & Main Event's social media strategy through management of content on social media channels. This position will play a key role in ideation, planning, and posting of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.

The position will suit an out of the box problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fascinated by how brands build affinity with their core audiences. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a genuine interest in social media, excellent communication skills, and most importantly loves to have FUN!

A Day in the Life of a Social Media Manager :

In partnership with the Director of Digital Marketing and respective Brand teams, manage social calendar and overall platform strategies for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok.
Assist with day-to-day communication with internal teams, stores / centers, and external agencies
Support Community Management needs
Create and edit content that is optimized for social platforms
Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to make social content compelling for core audiences
Maintain proficiency and knowledge in all the latest social media trends and best practices
Analyze performance of social content and craft actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategy
Closely track emerging trends, tools, and platforms within the social and digital space

What You Will Need To Have

4 years related experience

Curiosity and passion for all things social media, arcades, and OOH Entertainment

Proven track record in driving a successful social media strategy

Experience using analytics tools to identify trends, communicate insights, and provide recommendations

Experience with social media scheduling tools

Basic Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro knowledge (or similar tools)

Familiarity with current and emerging social platforms and trends

Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple tasks

Highly motivated with an eagerness to learn

Flexible and capable of changing and adapting to accommodate internal and external circumstances

Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically

Collaborative, team-player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
