Sr IT System Engineer

Job Summary: 

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. IT System Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on the operational elements of user and end point solutions, endpoint management, IAM, and new solution architecture and implementation. This role also requires excellent team leadership capabilities to guide, lead, and mentor a team of IT professionals.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Endpoint Engineering Solutions: Design, implement, and manage endpoint solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration within the organization. 
• Endpoint Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices, ensuring security and compliance. To include Windows and IOS devices. 
• Patch Management: Utilize company device management solutions to manage and secure devices across the organization, including patch management, software distribution, and asset management. 
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT engineers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. 
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues, serving as an escalation point for the team. 
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives. 
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to IT systems and processes. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Ivanti, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus. 
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT system engineering, with a 3 years as a Sr, with key focus on endpoint engineering, and management solutions. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in devices management solutions, endpoint management tools, and endpoint engineering technologies. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, networking, and security protocols. 
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring IT teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. 
• Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support 
• On-Site Required

• Windows Active Directory Management (Entra Cloud and On-Premises) -
• PowerShell Scripting – Required with scripting proficiency  
• Ivanti End Point Manager and Neurons
• Microsoft End Point for Defender
• O365 (Office Suite, Licensing. Provisioning, Teams, SharePoint)
• RSA, IAM Platform
• Microsoft Intune
• OS Provisioning & Asset Lifecycle Management
• Zero-Trust implementations
• IOS Device management (JAMF, Workspace One…etc.)
• Project Architecture and Implementation of Technical solutions
