Restaurant Staff Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Staff member to join our team at Dave & Buster's - Richmond in Glen Allen, VA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling issues, customer service problems, and equipment malfunctions.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
- Ensure products are stocked, maintained, and prepared according to company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Clean customer service areas, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with company assets by following cash handling policies.
- Contribute to the team's success by communicating effectively with other Customer Service Representatives.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain or exceed appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
- Frequently wash hands.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
