Job Description
- Clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
- Participate in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining storage areas to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members.
- Must be disciplined and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move around the facility, and stand for long periods.
