Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Strategy Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data, providing valuable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. You will need to possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis :
- Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis using various tools and methodologies.
- Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure data accuracy.
Reporting and Visualization :
Generate clear and concise reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders.Create visually compelling dashboards and presentations to support decision-making.Utilize data visualization tools to enhance the understanding of analytical results.Strategic Insight :
Provide strategic insights based on data analysis to support business objectives.Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Offer recommendations to optimize processes and drive efficiency.Forecasting and Modeling :
Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future trends and outcomes.Conduct scenario analysis to assess potential impacts on business operations.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track organizational performance.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with departments across the organization to understand business needs.Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the organization.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant quantitative discipline).Work experience not required, but ideally some experience as an Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) ideal.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with forecasting and modeling is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME? :
