Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center or office environment.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency with "Front" and "Shopify" being a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on various platforms.
