- Acting as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions.
- Engaging with pre-qualified leads to determine their housing needs and wants.
- Preparing crucial documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements,

- Providing potential home buyers with essential information about the local housing market.
- Delivering top-tier, white-glove service throughout the buying process.
Qualifications:
- A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of successful real estate sales.
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
- Strong negotiating abilities.
- Capacity to work 40-50 hours per week.
