Job Summary:
The Shop Delivery Scheduler will work under the Shop Operations Manager and be responsible for scheduling deliveries, assisting with inventory, and a variety of other tasks as assigned.
Position Description:
- Scheduling all deliveries for the main shop (roughly 600 per month).
- Scheduling our main HVAC vendors return pickups and keeping track of GoFormz
- Assist the Safety Team with orders, inventory and pulling safety items for the field and office.
- Assist Shop Operations Manager with any administrative tasks as needed.
- Other Shop Tasks as needed.
Licensing and Experience:
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with previous scheduling experience as a plus.
- Ability to react to unexpected situations and make decisions
independently to meet business needs.
Schedule:
-Monday - Friday
-7am - 4pm
