What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealership Porter position at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda?
Dave Mungenast St Louis Honda is hiring full-time Porters. The Porter will be responsible for cleaning and moving vehicles around the dealership premises as needed, keeping vehicles in sound, working condition, and helping management as requested.
Other duties include:
- Washing vehicle exterior, cleaning vehicle interior and exterior windows, and wiping down doorjambs
- Vacuuming vehicle interior
- Fills vehicles with fuel and turns in gas receipts in a timely fashion
- Maintains cleanliness of loaner cars
- Maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times
- Moves vehicles as needed
- Replacing out dated plate frames
- Operating the customer car wash
- Cleans lots and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
- Checks batteries on vehicles
- Makes key tags for vehicles
- Ensures proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle's window
- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Checks batteries on vehicles
- Uses good judgment and safe driving skills
- Maintains a professional appearance and treats other employees with the same level of respect they expect from others
- Maintains cleanliness of detail bays
- Other duties as assigned

Pay is $14-$16 hourly.
