What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Listen to customers' needs and schedule appointments.
- Work closely with our entire service team to ensure customers receive the best service possible.
- Work with parts vendors and keep invoices organized and initiate returns as needed.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and answer any questions.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and fun environment for customers and coworkers alike.
- Train to become a high level Service Advisor which includes estimating, parts sourcing and communicating to the customer their vehicles needs and understanding the "why" behind it.
