We looking for energetic, hospitality, quality driven candidates to join our growing team. If you are passionate about being part of a fun, unique experience and bringing the "Mind-Blowing Hot Chicken" on the road to our current F.A.N.S. and creating new ones this position is for you!
Type: Full-time and Part time
Location:
Boca Raton, FL
Salary: From $13.50-$17.00/ hour plus tip pool (bi-weekly basis)
Position Overview:
Follow recipes methods to prepare, cook and present food safely, efficiently and in accordance with restaurant standards*
Practice Food Safety behaviors and Workplace Safety procedures by using properly trained methods, tools and equipment
Self-starter and always looking to improve proficiency in the following areas: Prep, Food Rotation (FIFO), Cooking Stations, Plating & Assembly, Food Safety, Routine Cleaning and Opening/Closing Tasks

Dave’s Hot Chicken is a fresh new brand that has been heating up the US Founded in Los Angeles in 2017 as a parking lot pop-up serving Nashville Hot Chicken, the Dave’s Hot Chicken brand has exploded into permanent restaurant locations throughout the U.S. We are now bringing the heat to the Boca Raton neighbourhood!!
Abilities Required:
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong people/guest service skills
· Ability to look at the restaurant operations from a guest’s point of view
· Ability to take initiative and solve problems
· Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
· Effective communicator with co-workers and the restaurant management team
Additional Requirements:
· Food Safety Certification and Smart Serve or equivalent Alcohol Serve Certification an asset
· Positive attitude while conducting any and all duties
· Commitment to guest satisfaction
· Able to bend and stoop
· Able to work around heat
· Able to work around others in close quarters
· Able to lift 50-75 lbs. comfortably
