Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions
Skills
- Experience in wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to upsell products and suggest additional items to customers
- Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, taxes, and totals
