Job Overview
Dave's Tree Service is looking for a motivated and hard working individual to join our crew as a Groundsman Crew Member. In this role, you'll work outdoors to help maintain and improve the health and beauty of trees on our clients properties. Position: Full-time, year round

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tree maintenance and removal while following industry safety standards
- Help clean up and remove tree debris from job sites
- Work collaboratively with team to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols
- Drive trucks and pull trailers
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail and self-motivation
- Must have valid driver's license and pass a ore-employment drug test
Advance Responsibilities
- Preform tree rigging from the ground and in the canopy
- Operate aerial lifts, mini skid steers, grapple trucks and other tree-related equipment
- Understand and execute basic tree cutting, pruning, felling and shaping techniques to enhance tree health and aesthetics
Qualifications:
- Experience in tree care, arboriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Must be a team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail, communications, and commitment to safety protocols

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
