Heat Pump Installers Helper/Trainee

Due to growth, we are immediately seeking exceptional HVAC trainee's to learn the trade and eventually deliver the most efficient, highest quality experiences in residential HVAC installations. You will be taught the entire install process from start to finish. Dave’s World is a values based company that believes that the customer’s needs come first. Tasks include but not limited to.

Train to become an Installer of Mini-Split Heat Pumps

Work with Electricians to install heat pumps

Drive to shop and ride with the lead installer

Ability to read and understand installation instructions for heat pump equipment.
