Dave Smith Ford is seeking an organized and detailed Service Advisor who is energetic and great with customers.
Service Advisor responsibilities
- Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer and verifying concerns on test drive if necessary
- Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Obtaining necessary authorizations from extended warranty companies to perform work
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
