Business-to-Business Customer Service Representative
Immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative
Our small locally owned wholesale distribution company is based on providing a positive experience for every business customer and fast delivery of the products they need. We are building a team of customer service representatives that will be the face of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Interact daily with our well-established base of approximately 600 business-to-business customers
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding orders, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
- Progressively build a positive relationship with our established customer group with a high degree of professionalism on every call
- Update customer information/transactions in the customer service database (Peachtree/Sage) during and after each call and email
- Process incoming orders following company approved processes
- Participate in promotional calls by educating and discussing requirements with our customers on incoming calls (No Cold Calling)
- Provide all other office functions as assigned
- Bring a positive attitude and work ethic that desires to help and provide our customers with answers and solutions to their problems and questions

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 18 or high school diploma or GED.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish fluency) candidates may be considered for increased compensation
- 1-3 years Customer service experience desired
- 1-3 years of Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required
- Experience with accounting/ERP software systems is desired
- Willing to learn and apply new skills
- Able to start – at least on a part time basis – within the next 7 – 10 days.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
