Job Summary/Objective:
The Outside Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Golf Professional with managing daily golf-related activities; including cart fleet management, bag room facilities, tee times, and tournaments.
Essential Functions:

Assist with the supervising and training of employees.
- Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating day to day operations, tournaments, leagues and special golf events.
- Enforce golf and club rules and regulations.
- Maintain visible presence at the club during peak times of play.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Outside Operations Supervisor will oversee the Member Services staff.
Work Environment:
This position is performed both inside and outside and is subject to environmental conditions, including cold, extreme heat, wet and/or humid conditions. The Outside Operations Supervisor is subject to hazards, including proximity to moving mechanical parts and moving vehicles.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is routinely required to perform repetitive motion, balance, stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with arms and hands, lifting and pushing/pulling. Visual acuity is required to operate motor vehicles, perform computer work and analyze reports. This position requires the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Typical work hours are irregular and require long days, including weekends, holidays, early morning or late evening hours in order to meet client demands. The employee must work a minimum of 40.0 hours each week to maintain full-time status.

No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
1. Experience in Customer Service
2. High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Associates or Bachelors Degree
2. Basic knowledge of the game of golf
