Gurley Leep is a family-owned company with 22 locations across five states and continues to expand. As we continue to grow, we are looking for our next Customer Service Scheduling Representatives to join our team at Smart Automotive Group!
Our Customer Service Scheduling Representative is responsible for all inbound dealership calls, scheduling service appointments, and engaging in online/phone dialogues, answering basic questions, as well as setting appointments for our Service team. This position requires excellent communication skills via phone, email, text and writing skills which include both grammar and spelling.
Job duties include:
- Scheduling inbound & outbound service appointments
- Following a proven customer service process that will get both you and the customer positive results
- Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions
- Learning, understanding, and adhering to call and email scripts.
- Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed appointment
- Attending monthly meetings and training
- Meeting with the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
- Following up with customers that are connected to the dealership for business development
- Other duties as assigned
