Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-quality parts and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments as needed.
- Conduct inspections of finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (minimum of 5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of CNC programming, setups, and operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with various types of CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, etc.) and controls (Fanuc, Haas, etc.).
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification or relevant technical training is a plus.
