Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Davenport Service Company is a 40 year old family owned and operated HVAC business located in Olathe, KS. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, caring individual who can take on the responsibility of our customer service representative/Dispatch role. As a customer service representative/dispatcher, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. You will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, promoting customer satisfaction and operating the dispatch board which includes but limited too, sending technicians their calls for the day, inputting customer database with complete and accurate information provided by technician after each service call .

Requirements

• Make outbound calls to our current and future clients to set appointments for service
• Create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately
• Promote, educate and sell our VIP maintenance agreements
• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
• Dispatch technicians with their schedule with updating customer database with complete and accurate information provided by technician after each service call

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customers' needs
• Must be able to multi-task
• Works well independently and on a team
• Great customer service
• Dependable

Pay: $ 16 to $ 22 per hour'
