We are seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to oversee the construction of outdoor spaces and manage our dedicated team of landscapers. This is a full-time role for someone with strong expertise in landscaping, a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of landscape construction projects and crew
- Delegate tasks and ensure the effective use of tools and equipment
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members
- Assess progress, make recommendations, and ensure timely project completion
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure proper equipment maintenance
- Ensure all projects are completed on budget and meet the client’s expectations
- Provide training sessions for team development
Requirements:
- High school diploma (degree in horticulture or related field preferred)
- A valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record (please attach driving record with your application)

- Experience with landscaping tools and equipment
- On-the-job training and experience as a landscape crew member
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of plant materials, landscape design, and lawn installation
- Experience in Hardscaping, Irrigation, and Landscape Lighting installation is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
