Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the landscaping field.
Duties
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Assist in the installation of hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Support construction activities by preparing sites for new installations and renovations.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of construction management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with cabinet installation, remodeling, tile laying, concrete finishing, masonry, and construction inspection is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and construction site operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.08 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
