Seeking a Project Manager with excellent communication, problem solving, organization and leadership skills. Must be able to handle pressure and adapt to unexpected situations. Must be skilled in utilizing virtual meeting apps such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft productivity suite required. Project Management experience preferred.
- Coordinate dry utilities (Electric, Gas & Telecom) to ensure project success
- Work collaboratively with all Stakeholders-developers, design team, engineers, contractors etc..
- Lead meetings both virtually and in person
- Visit active construction sites
- Review architectural, civil and utility designs
- Prepare Utility Investigation Reports and cost estimates
- Evaluate costs
- Assess and mitigate potential risks
- Monitor and track progress and schedules
- Meet deliverables
