As an Outside Sales Representative at Davians, you will play a key role in driving our sales growth by securing new client appointments and developing a robust sales pipeline in a designated territory.
Your primary responsibility will be to sell our refreshments program which includes vending and self-pay micro- market services to local companies in the greater Milwaukee area.

This position involves negotiating pricing, product offerings, and securing new contracts while coordinating equipment demonstrations and installs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by implementing a territory-specific growth strategy.
- Generate new client appointments through drop-offs, cold calling, and other effective sales strategies.
- Maintain and update the sales database regularly, as instructed by Sales Management.
- Conduct thorough client research and customize sales materials in preparation for appointments.
- Engage with prospective clients to secure their vending or micro market services.
- Collaborate closely with client partners to meet installation timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in new business development within an assigned territory.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels, from CEOs to front-office staff.
- Strong experience in negotiating contracts and securing agreements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Valid driver’s license.
Education:
- College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience or certifications.
Compensation:
Davians offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Competitive Base Salary ($50,000 )
- Monthly Commissions Paid on Sales Revenue *NO CAPP ($2,500 - $5,000/month)
- Annual bonus (if applicable).
