We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The Architectural Designer will play a key role in transforming concepts into detailed plans and visualizations.
Duties
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to create comprehensive architectural designs.
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Produce 2D animations and 3D models to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Prepare schematics and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Review project requirements and ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project feasibility.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Experience
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods.
- Experience in creating schematics and visual presentations for various projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is highly desirable.
