We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our Final Denial Barriers South Gate, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida project. The administrative assistant will spend approximately three days a week at the Patrick Space Force Base, Florida project site and approximately two days a week at our Home Office in Titusville, Florida.
As an Administrative Assistant, to support the Final Denial Barriers South Gate Project, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, reviewing, and filing correspondence related to project management.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining meeting minutes.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining daily reports.
- Professionally interact with owner and subcontractor personal and assist with issue resolution.
- Processing of submittals and requests for information.
- Performing data entry in Boland’s project management software as well as the Government’s software.
- Cataloging and maintaining of photo documentation prepared by project personnel.
- Assist in supporting safety incentive program and coordinating events (safety luncheons, etc.)
- Preparation of base pass requests.
As an Administrative Assistant, working out of our Home Office, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Project Coordinator with supporting home office functions such as, certified payroll review, maintenance of project logs, ordering of supplies, and performing errands, as requested.
- Providing remote support to the Final Denial Barriers South Gate Project.
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. 3 years’ experience is required, and prior experience with a construction company is a plus but not required.
