An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Project Superintendent to lead, manage, coordinate, and direct construction activities for the Final Denial Barriers South Gate project at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the work is performed, and the project milestones are achieved in accordance with the project schedule, including, but not limited to, developing the Four-Week Short Interval Schedule (“SIS”), communicating the schedule requirements to the subcontractors and suppliers; presenting the SIS and obtaining buy-in from subcontractors at weekly meetings, and incorporating changes, as appropriate.
- Conducting weekly subcontractor meetings.
- Developing and executing corrective action plan(s) to rectify or prevent impacts to the SIS.
- Utilizing a 60-Day Lookahead to ensure key completion dates and milestones are achieved.
- Developing and maintaining the Material and Equipment Delivery Schedule.
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Interfacing with the Project Manager and the Client representative.
The successful candidate shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience on ground-up construction projects and a minimum of five (5) years of experience on similar-sized and type projects.
