David C Cook—alongside its ministry partners Integrity Music and Group Publishing—is seeking a spiritually grounded and strategically gifted Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team. Based in the shadow of America’s mountain – Pikes Peak – in the stunning foothills of Colorado Springs, this role offers the rare opportunity to align your financial expertise with God’s global mission through Christian music, discipleship resources, and curriculum that reaches millions worldwide.
As CFO, you’ll shape and oversee the financial strategy across our ministries, stewarding resources for Kingdom impact while leading a high-performing team through operational excellence, mergers & acquisitions, and future-focused innovation.

- Guide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across all entities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and Board of Directors

Qualifications
Who You Are:
- A financial executive with 15 years of experience (CPA preferred) and a passion for mission-based leadership
- A collaborative leader grounded in faith, humility, and excellence
- A strategic thinker with a heart for the Great Commission and the wisdom to guide financial decisions with both vision and accountability.
