Description
Learning Opportunity:
Learn how to apply your graphic design skills in a real environment. Interns will be able to execute design solutions for marketing assets and support production of learning resources across the David C Cook portfolio. Learn the process of book publishing and content creation while also honing your creative talent.
Internship Description:
Develop assets that support the promotion of David C Cook products.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Internship Requirements:
Formal Education: Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in either Graphic Design, Art, or Illustration.
Experience: N/A
Specialized Knowledge/Certification: N/A
Equipment Knowledge: Mac environment with an intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Programs
Internship Working Conditions:
- Comfortable working conditions, handling light weight, intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
- Working environment – cubicle office and co-working spaces with some noiseDetail-oriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy
- Normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are typical but must have a willingness and flexibility to work during evenings and weekends if/when necessary.
