Strategic Responsibility:
The Integrity Worship Senior Manager will provide strategic leadership in the development of content and promotional campaigns for church and congregational worship songs, driving global market awareness and delivering high-impact resources for worship leaders and teams worldwide. This role will oversee cross-functional collaboration with creative, A&R, marketing, publishing, and executive leadership teams, while fostering strong relationships with artists to ensure the successful execution of song marketing campaigns. The Senior Manager will spearhead the growth of Integrity Worship platforms, secure strategic partnerships, and identify innovative opportunities to optimize campaign outcomes, with a focus on propelling songs to chart on the CCLI and ensuring their sustained presence. Additionally, this position will play a pivotal role in defining global priority songs, setting strategic direction, and achieving measurable KPIs that align with organizational goals.
Job Description:
Oversee the development and execution of the editorial calendar for Integrity Worship platforms, including Email, YouTube, Social Media, and Website. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and campaign strategies while driving engagement and growth across all channels.
Research how songs are performing within the church and implement strategies to create continued success through song marketing.
Collaborate with artists and songwriters to strategize, plan, and oversee the production of high-quality resource content for key impact songs and catalog features. This includes ensuring the creation of innovative and engaging materials such as acoustic performances, tutorials, and 'about the song' videos, aligning with broader organizational goals and audience needs.
Lead the development of data-driven strategies by organizing and analyzing complex data sets to form actionable recommendations. Provide strategic insights to inform decision-making, measure results against key performance indicators, and continuously refine plans to drive impactful outcomes.
Drive audience engagement and growth by strategically leveraging paid media, existing owned channels, and identifying new and innovative avenues. Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to optimize performance, uncover opportunities, and achieve measurable improvements in key engagement and growth metrics.
Lead creation of reports on the impact of rollout and optimization efforts against established benchmarks.
Lead content development for Integrity Worship YouTube and social media channels. Plan video shoots, hire contractors, and manage deliverables. Capture and edit videos as needed.
Support the label marketing team by identifying priority church songs, developing strategic content & marketing plans that include partnerships with third-party church resource providers. Choose which media channels to use for each campaign. Adapt campaigns to fit multiple channels. Continually optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI.
Expand and nurture strategic partnerships with third-party worship leader platforms, label publishing teams, worship leaders, churches, and artists. Identify and secure collaborative opportunities that align with organizational goals, fostering mutually beneficial relationships to drive growth and amplify impact.
Grow Integrity Worship’s SEO and online presence
Grow audience and engagement through managing the Integrity Worship proprietary website platform, YouTube channel, and social media profiles.
Collaborate strategically with Integrity Music's marketing and publishing teams to identify and develop key carriers for new and catalog song resource campaigns. Provide leadership in aligning campaign initiatives with organizational priorities to maximize reach, impact, and long-term success.
Provide strategic insights by staying informed about trends and performance metrics for Integrity’s catalog and frontlist songs, as well as influential industry-wide songs in the church. Leverage this knowledge to inform strategic planning, campaign development, and competitive positioning within the market.
Lead strategic meetings with key stakeholders, including marketing managers and the publishing team, to assess and define marketing needs. Provide direction and ensure alignment of marketing strategies with broader organizational objectives, driving effective execution and impactful outcomes.
Calculate and manage accurate marketing budgets for each campaign
Perform media market research and build target audiences. Gather data and generate performance reports. Analyze campaign results and share them with stakeholders.
Strategically collaborating with department leaders, project managers, social media teams, and other key stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment and seamless execution of initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation, optimize performance, and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in music business, business, marketing, communications, or similar required. Will except 5 years relevant work history in lieu of experience.
Experience: 4-6 years of marketing experience in music, marketing, or related field.
Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Core strengths will include providing strategic oversight and leadership in ideating and developing impactful campaigns, executing successful strategies, and delivering comprehensive progress reports. Demonstrated experience in video content capture and delivery. Extensive expertise in the worship and Christian music publishing industry, with a proven ability to navigate how songs enter, remain, and ascend on the CCLI charts. Advanced proficiency in leveraging Meta platforms, YouTube, Google, and other digital tools to maximize campaign effectiveness. Must exhibit deep knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, YouTube’s analytics platform and algorithm, and their strategic applications. Demonstrated expertise in integrating digital and traditional media channels to achieve measurable results and drive organizational goals.
