Strategic Responsibility:
Assisting in the administration of Integrity Music song publishing royalty systems to include loading of royalty statements, song matching and various reporting.
Job Description:
Assist in the preparation & review of statement files to be loaded into royalty systems for processing of publishing royalty statements for US & UK. Also, work on catch up of back log of statement files.
Assist in matching songs to loaded statements.
Other Music Reporting to include, but not limited to, Integrated monthly earnings and YouTube earnings.
Provide backup to Integrity team Senior Royalty Analyst.
Assist in review & resolution of inquiries from royalty payees.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Formal Education: 1-2 years of music royalty experience in lieu of Accounting or Music Business degree
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years involving the administration of music royalties is desired.
Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with analytics software preferred but not required. Familiarity with Vistex Music Maestro and/or Rytebox preferred but not required. Ability to communicate with team members and be a team player. Strong attention to detail is a must. Critial thinking skills a must. Willingness to learn.
Equipment Knowledge: PC Computers, General Office.
Working Conditions:
- Comfortable working conditions, handling light weight, intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
- Working environment – cubicle office and co-working spaces with some noise
- Detail-oriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy
- Normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are typical but must have a willingness and flexibility to work during evenings and weekends if/when necessary.
- Some may be travel required
