Responsibilities:
- Filing and data entry—making sure every customer’s style and measurements are recorded accurately.
- Welcome customers with a warm smile and assist them in creating a one-of-a-kind shopping experience.
- Maintain a sharp and inviting store atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and help schedule fittings and appointments.
- Work alongside our tailoring and sales team to ensure everything flows seamlessly.
- Make sure every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their experience!
What We’re Looking For:
- A highly organized multitasker who can keep things running efficiently.
- A friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office, POS systems, or similar software is a plus!).
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Prior experience in administrative work or retail is a bonus—but not required!
