Responsibilities:

  • Filing and data entry—making sure every customer’s style and measurements are recorded accurately.
  • Welcome customers with a warm smile and assist them in creating a one-of-a-kind shopping experience.
  • Maintain a sharp and inviting store atmosphere.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and help schedule fittings and appointments.
  • Work alongside our tailoring and sales team to ensure everything flows seamlessly.
  • Make sure every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their experience!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A highly organized multitasker who can keep things running efficiently.
  • A friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office, POS systems, or similar software is a plus!).
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Prior experience in administrative work or retail is a bonus—but not required!
