You could earn an average of $51,000 / year for selling the average of 22 items (autos, homes, renters, PUPs) per month -or- on the high end $160,000 average salary commissions for Century Club salespersons selling 100 items / month on average.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Document each customer contact in our CRM.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirement
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
- No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
- PA Personal Lines license is required to begin.
