Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Football

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baseball Coach to join our team. As a Baseball Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and training athletes in the fundamentals of baseball, developing their skills, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop practice plans and training sessions to improve players' skills and performance
- Teach athletes the rules, strategies, and techniques of baseball
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help players enhance their abilities
- Organize and supervise team practices, scrimmages, and games
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among players
- Monitor the progress of each player and provide guidance for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop game strategies and lineups
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Baseball Coach or playing experience at a competitive level
- Strong knowledge of baseball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Experience working with students or youth in a coaching or teaching capacity is preferred
- Lifeguard certification or experience in martial arts (Judo, Karate) is a plus
- Physical education background or experience in sports coaching is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
