Offensive Coordinator/head middle school and teacher

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Offensive Coordinator to join our football coaching staff. As the Offensive Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing offensive strategies, game plans, and play calling to maximize our team's performance on the field. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of offensive football. Duties: - Develop and implement offensive game plans and strategies - Create and call plays during games to exploit opponent weaknesses and maximize offensive production - Analyze game film to identify opponent tendencies and develop effective game plans - Collaborate with other coaches to integrate offensive strategies with overall team goals - Educate players on offensive schemes, techniques, and assignments - Conduct practice sessions to teach and reinforce offensive concepts - Provide feedback and guidance to players to improve their performance - Monitor player progress and adjust strategies as needed throughout the season - Stay up-to-date with current trends, strategies, and innovations in offensive football Requirements: - Higher education teaching or education administration experience preferred - Extensive experience working with student athletes at the collegiate or professional level - Strong knowledge of offensive football concepts, schemes, and techniques - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of players - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Note: This is a paid position. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
