Responsibilities
What Youll Do :
Understand Customer Needs : Establish customer requirements to help identify their specific insurance product needs.
Cross-Sell & Upsell : Offer existing customers relevant products to meet their evolving needs.
New Business Acquisition : Actively solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies to grow the agency.
Client Interaction : Record and manage client interactions and transactions, documenting requests, inquiries, and actions taken.
Annual Review Process : Assist with annual reviews, reaching out to clients and preparing personalized coverage recommendations.
Claims Process : Understand and assist with the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients, claims adjusters, and claimants.
Requirement
What Were Looking For :
Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in customer service is a must!
Self-Motivated & Reliable : Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
Sales Experience : A track record of meeting sales goals is a plus, but not required.
Commitment to Growth : Desire to learn, develop, and eventually transition into business ownership.
