Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Youll be responsible for daily prospecting, which includes networking, cold calling, and using referrals to develop leads and schedule appointments.

Client Relationships : Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure their insurance needs are met.

Mentorship & Training : Work closely with a mentor agent to hone your marketing and sales skills, as well as attend regular training sessions.

Client Support : Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, and claims while maintaining organized records of client interactions.

Requirement

Licensing : Youll need to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (support is provided).

Sales Skills : Proven sales ability and strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Self-Motivation : This is an independent role, so being a confident self-starter is crucial.

US Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary : $36,000 - $38,000
